Fall 2023 – Snowplow Sam (some skating experience, no parent/guardian, 3-5yrs)

Snowplow Sam (some skating experience) is for children who can skate forwards. Skills learned may include one foot gliding, backwards skating and snowplow stopping. A HECC certified hockey helmet with full face cage is highly recommended.

These classes are designed to help children three to five develop the ABCs of movement: agility, balance, coordination and speed. The ABCs are essential for developing fundamental movement skills and physical literacy. All classes will be taught in a safe and positive environment, incorporating fun and games making class time an enjoyable experience for all.
